At Fittest Freakest, we are committed to offering high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise with our products. Therefore, we have established a clear and transparent warranty policy to ensure our customers know their rights.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that occur within 2 years from the date of purchase.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear: This includes, for example, wear of shoe soles, fading or tearing of clothing, or deterioration of grips due to lack of proper maintenance.
- Damage from misuse: This includes damage caused by impacts, falls, exposure to chemicals, or extreme temperatures.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs: Any damage resulting from repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Examples of what is not covered:
- Shoes: Worn-out soles or split seams due to activities like burpees, especially after more than a month of use.
- Clothing: Tears or abrasions from constant friction against rough surfaces, such as floors or bars. If the garment has defects upon receipt, you must report it within the first 14 days; otherwise, claims for such defects will not be accepted.
- Grips: Disintegration or damage when used with magnesium or washed in a machine with fabric softener. Magnesium, especially when combined with sweat, can shorten the lifespan of grips. Washing them in a machine with fabric softener or spinning at high speeds can also cause damage.
How is a product determined to be defective?
To determine if your product is defective, our warranty department will assess the provided information and refer the case to the manufacturer for final approval. The manufacturer’s decision is final and based on defect history, batch, and model.
How to make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, you will need:
- Invoice or a copy of the confirmation email.
- Clear photographs of the defect.
- A photo of the serial number and batch (found on the size label inside the garment or footwear). If the label is damaged or missing, the warranty claim cannot be processed.
- A brief description of the defect.
Send all this information via email to info@fittestfreakest.com. We recommend reducing the quality of the images to avoid issues with email delivery.
What happens if my warranty claim is accepted?
If your warranty claim is accepted and we cannot offer you the same model due to our limited edition collections, we will provide a voucher valid for 90 days. If the voucher expires, it will be considered that you chose not to use the warranty.
Important Note: The warranty for new products purchased with the voucher will be based on the date of the initial purchase or 90 days from the receipt of the new product, whichever comes first. Therefore, you cannot request another warranty for a product obtained through a previous claim once the initial product’s warranty period has expired.
