Want to return your order?
No worries! If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Please remember that the product must be in perfect condition (unused, unaltered, and unwashed), with its original tags and packaging. To process your return, follow the instructions in the QR code included with your purchase or click here.
Important considerations:
- Footwear: The original box must be in perfect condition. Place the original box inside another box for shipping (you can reuse the box your order was delivered in). Make sure to try on footwear with clean socks and on a protected surface to avoid dirtying the soles.
- Clothing: Protect the clothing using its original packaging and place it inside another bag or box for shipping.
Want to return just one item from your order?
The same conditions apply as for returning a complete order. Please note that if you return one or more items from an order that included a discount, offer, or promotion, the refund will be adjusted proportionally.
If the return causes the order to no longer meet the promotion requirements, the applied discount will be adjusted accordingly (e.g., in promotions like 2-for-1).
Want to exchange an item for another?
At Fittest Freakest, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or simply want a different product, you will need to place a new order on our website and return the unwanted product.
Note: If the original order was placed using a promotion or offer that has since expired, you will not be able to apply the same promotion to the new order.
When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive your return and verify that the product is in good condition, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days after validation in our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order.
Note: During periods of high order volume (e.g., Sales, Black Friday, Christmas…), the processing of your return in our warehouse may take a few extra days.
Does returning an item have any cost?
- For returns from Spain or Portugal, the cost is €4.99.
- For the rest of Europe and the Canary Islands, the cost is €6.99.
These amounts will be deducted from the corresponding refund, along with any initial shipping costs, if applicable.
Additional important information
Extended return period for holiday purchases
Purchases made between December 3 and January 5 will have an extended return period of 30 days.

Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
For these locations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to €6.99 to ensure proper customs processing. This amount will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
Note: Fittest Freakest will not cover any additional costs, fees, or charges related to returns from these regions.
IMPORTANT: Returns may be rejected if the product or its original packaging has been used, altered, or damaged. In this case, you may choose to have the order returned to you, bearing the cost of the new shipping.
