CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ONE OR MORE ITEMS:

You can make the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Instead of the usual 14-day return period, you will have until January 15 (included) to return your December purchases.

Please note that we do not make exchanges, but you can process a return and place a new order with the desired size.

The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered and unwashed), with its tags and original packaging intact.

  • Footwear: the original box must be in perfect condition. You will need to put the original box in a separate package for your shipment (you can use the same shipping box we used to ship your order). Be sure to try on the shoes with clean socks and on a protected surface to not dirty the sole.
  • Clothing: protect the clothing with its original packing bag and put it in another bag or box to make your shipment.

Your return may be refused if it does not comply with any of the above points or if the original product or packaging has suffered damage (tears, writing, tape residue or changed label) that prevents the product from being offered for sale again.

NOTICE: Please be advised that shipping costs for returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are the responsibility of the customer due to customs regulations. Fittest Freakest will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for returns. Additionally, there will be no management fees or commissions associated with these returns.

1 – REQUEST YOUR RETURN

Log into your account and access the “My Orders” section. Choose the order that contains the product(s) you want to return and click on “Make a return”. Keep in mind that if this button does not appear, it is because the return period has expired.

Follow the steps on the returns page indicating the products you wish to return, the reason and adding your e-mail. To finish confirm your request.

2 – RECEIVE THE E-MAIL WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS

Within a maximum period of 48 hours you will receive an email with the instructions to send us your return.

3 – SEND US YOUR PACKAGE

Pack your product in a shipping box that protects the product and its original packaging and take it of the courier.

In the case of EU countries, you will only have to take your package to the nearest office of the courier indicated in the e-mail and show them your return code.

If you send us your return from outside the EU, you must identify your package and print the shipping label before taking it to the transport company.

4 – GET YOUR REFUND

When your return reaches the Fittest Freakest warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected to confirm that it is/they are in their original condition, and we will proceed to refund you the amount.

  • Return costs are €4.99 for Peninsular (Spain*** and Portugal) orders and €6.99 for the rest of Europe.
  • Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Cases handled by Customer Service are excluded from return costs. As well as some exceptions.

*If payment was made with SeQura, the shipping costs must be paid before issuing the refund.

** If your return has been generated by a logistical error or it has been an error reported to Customer Service, the management fee will not be deducted

TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RETURN

You can track the status of your return at any time in the “Returns” section of your user account. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received and accepted.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE DO I SEND THE ITEMS I WANT TO RETURN?

You can return the items at our store in Barcelona or send them by mail to our Returns Department. In this case you will have to pay the shipping costs, but you can use the courier service of your choice.

We do not accept returns in person at our warehouse. If you usually make your returns in our Barcelona store and it is temporarily closed, please contact our Customer Service team at info@fittestfreakest.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Once we have received your package and we have checked it to confirm that the items are in their original condition, we will proceed to refund you.

The process can take between 3 and 10 days from the time your return is accepted. If you choose the Discount Voucher option, it will be emailed to you and you will have up to one year to use it.

Please note that the refund will not include the initial shipping costs except in the case of an incident, in which case our Customer Service team will contact you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER ONE?

If you need to change the size, color or simply modify a product, you will have to place a new order on our website and proceed with the return of the product you no longer want.
