With 13 years of history under its heels, the 13th edition of the Reebok Nano is here, the new Reebok Nano X3.

After weeks of waiting for the announcement of the official release date of the long-awaited Nano X3, suddenly, last January at Wodapalooza, all eyes were on Rich Froning’s feet: the Crossfit legend was wearing a never-before-seen Reebok Nano.

Rumors quickly began to go viral until Froning confirmed in an Instagram post on
January 20 that it was indeed the new Nano X3.

Since the radical silhouette change of the Nano 9, Reebok made clear its intention to create a training shoe that could run comfortably; 4 Nano models later, it seems to have finally achieved it: the Nano X3 shoe features the new Lift&Run chassis, a domed heel reinforcement that compresses when you lift (creating a stable base) and softens when you run (offering a more comfortable stride).

In addition, the outsole features the lightweight cushioning of Floatride Energy Foam technology that reduces impact on both asphalt and the Assault Air Runner.
