SECTION 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
The company THE BOX BROTHERS SL, hereinafter Fittest Freakest , with CIF B66505082 and domiciled at C/ Diputacio 343, 08009 Barcelona organizes raffles (hereinafter, “Promotion”) through the Internet in accordance with the provisions of these Bases.
SECTION 2 – START DATES AND END DATES
The duration of the Promotion and the winner/s announcement date will be communicated in the Promotion announcement post on one or more of the Fittest channels. Freakest .
SECTION 3 – PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

SECTION 4 – PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be communicated through the social profiles of Fittest Freakest and a certificate of validity of the draw will be saved so that the user can request his prize from Fittest Freakest through the mail info@fittestfreakest.com.
Fittest Freakest undertakes to send the gift within a maximum period of 30 days from the claim of the prize. The winner will have a maximum period of 60 days to claim their prize (from the date of publication of the winners).
The prize will consist of free delivery of the product announced in the Promotion. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. In cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the delivery of the prize, Fittest Freakest will offer the winner another product of the same value and brand.
SECTION 5 – DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements of the Promotion, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
SECTION 6 – PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image will not be allowed either.
We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.
SECTION 7 – RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, Fittest Freakes is not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of each Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize obtained from each Promotion.
Fittest Freakest does not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
SECTION 8 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize its results. , and process the delivery of the prize.

The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network through which it is carried out.
SECTION 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
