AN EVENT CONSISTING ON DOING 300 BURPEES ON A SUNDAY MORNING MAY NOT SOUND LIKE THE BEST PLAN EVER, BUT IF WE TELL YOU THAT ALL THE INSCRIPTIONS’ BENEFITS WILL BE DESTINED TO A GOOD CAUSE, THINGS CHANGE, RIGHT?

One more year, “Entrena como un héroe” and WODS organize the 300 beneficent burpees to raise funds for Proactiva Open Arms, a Spanish NGO dedicated to rescue form the sea the refugees who try to reach Europe fleeing war conflicts, persecution or poverty.

The event will be on April 28th at 11am at Lluís Companys square in Hospitalet del Llobregat, and it will be divided in 3 different categories: you can do 50 burpees, do 300 burpees in 45’ or kill it doing  300 RX burpees in less tan 25’.
